Garlic Soup – 100x Stronger Than The Best Antibiotics On The Market

Garlic soup can fight off the flu, cold and even the Norovirus. This soup is made of garlic, onion, and thyme.
People use antibiotics more than ever, and this has affected their efficacy and even caused an antibiotic resistance. Which is the reason why people turn back to nature and seek for natural remedies.

Winter Norovirus, commonly known as winter vomiting bug, got a lot of attention in 2014. It is known by vomiting, diarrhea, fever, stomach cramps, and headache.
Unlike conventional antibiotics, garlic can fight off mutated viruses and infections. It contains allicin, which is most concentrated in garlic cloves. According to a study at the Washington University,  garlic is more powerful than two of the most commonly used antibiotics.

Garlic Soup recipe
Ingredients:

  • 50 organic garlic cloves (5 garlic bulbs), cleaned and peeled
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp fresh thyme, chopped
  • 2 large red onions, diced
  • 6 cups (250ml) chicken broth
  • fresh or dried herbs, to taste (parsley, bay leaves or anything of your choice)
  • 3 cups stale bread, cubed or crushed
  • 1 cup sour cream

Preparation:

First, preheat your oven to 350°F.  And in the meantime, clean the garlic bulbs and spread your cloves on a sheet of tin foil. Sprinkle over some olive oil and wrap it up. Next, roast the cloves in a preheated oven for 90 minutes.

Leave them aside to cool down for a while. Melt 2 tablespoons of olive oil and 2 tablespoons of butter in a saucepan. Then, cook your diced onion for 10 minutes.

And once your cloves have cooled down, blend them together with the onion. Add the fresh thyme and herbs of your choice. Lower the temperature and add in bread crumbs or cubes.

Cook for 5 minutes or until your bread is soft. Then you should take the herbs off the mixture and blend until you get a smooth mixture. Put your soup back in the pot, add in some sour cream and season with salt and pepper to taste. Enjoy your garlic soup!
